Good Morning Everyone,

I wanted to share some updated information with you.

The Christmas Card (Holiday) Class on 8/22/09 went well. I had four people attend and we actually made 16 cards each, instead of the originally posted 10 cards.

The class took about 3 hours.

If you didn’t attend the class on 8/22/09, then join me on 9/19/09 for the next Holiday Class. I promise we will only do 10 to 12 cards and it will only take about 2 or 2 ½ hours. I need your RSVP by 14 Sep 09. The cost will be $20.00. But……if you place a $30.00 or more order that day, the class cost will be reduced to $5.00. If you cannot make the class, but would like to get the instructions, just email me and for $10.00 you can get the instructions. Or if you place a $35.00 on-line order, I will send them to you free.

Also, the Holiday Mini becomes available September 1st. WOW – there are some great stamp sets and accessories in this mini. It is 40 pages of wonderful items to make cards, scrapbook pages, and decorative items. This mini also has stamp sets for the build a bear. After September 1st, check my website for details (under promotions) www.bevscards.stampinup.net. We will be using these new stamps, punches, paper, and ribbon at the class on 9/19/09.

And….don’t forget!!! We have a Stamp A Stack scheduled for 9/12/09. I am changing the time from 10:00 – 2:00 to 10:00 to 12:00. I know we can get these cards done in two hours. I need your RSVP by Sep 4th. We will be making Halloween cards – 2 each of several different designs (6 total). The cost is $15.00, but if you place a $30.00 order that day, the class is only $5.00. If you cannot attend the class, but want to get the instructions, just email me and for $10.00 you can get the instructions. Or if you place a $35.00 on-line order, I will send them to you free.

Don’t forget – if you want to get your supplies free or at a discount – join Stampin’ Up! Today! Sign up under the mini sign up for $85.00, get all the new in-color paper and ink. Then you can build a business or just buy for discount. Call or email me for more information.

For this card I chose Level #3 Hostess set Kind & Caring Thoughts (115324 p. 16).
I used Chocolate Chip, Melon Mambo, Whisper White and Bermuda Bay card stock; Thoroughly Modern Designer Series Paper (#115673 p.163) for one of the vases and the Scallop Edge for the strip on the right side of the card.
I used 1/2" Circle, Large Oval; Small Tag, and Scallop Edge punches ( page 186). Stampin' Dimensionlas ( p. 192) for the vases and the 1/2 " circles for the 3-D effect.
What a fun card to make and I love the colors together.

Happy Stampin' and take time to leave me a comment.
